Enter the vial strength, the bacteriostatic water you plan to add, and your target dose. The calculator returns the exact mark to draw to on an insulin syringe.

How the math works

Concentration is vial strength divided by the diluent volume. Draw volume is the target dose divided by concentration. A U-100 insulin syringe marks 100 units per millilitre, so units equal millilitres multiplied by 100. Adding more water never changes total peptide mass — only how many syringe marks each dose occupies, which makes small doses easier to measure accurately.
